Villa, Liberec (2024)
Ing. arch. Jiří Hakulín, Ing. arch. Daniel Hakulín
A simple ground-floor building partially embedded in the terrain, so that all living rooms can have comfortable contact with the garden, while at the same time making the house appear unobtrusive.
The entire layout takes place on one ground floor resting on a concrete slab slightly offset from the terrain, giving the impression that the floor is floating.
The longitudinal horizontal design of the house ensures that most of the interior spaces have the best views. A covered promenade runs along the southeast side of the house,
which connects all living spaces, prevents glare and at the same time fulfills the important function of transition between interiors and exteriors.
